2008年,博士毕业于南开大学 信息与技术科学学院 微电子与固体电子学专业
2007-2008年,美国堪萨斯大学 物理系 访问交流
长期从事高温超导相关领域的工作,在高温超导薄膜,高温超导滤波器,高温超导多工器,低温低噪声放大器,高温超导接收机前端,约瑟夫森结太赫兹信号检测等方面都有研究。
所工作的南开大学射频微波研究室在超导射频微波的基础研究与应用研究上都拥有重大的科研成果。研究室在大面积超导薄膜、射频微波器件和系统等方面进行了多年的研究,主持过多项863、973等国家或地方重大项目,拥有多项发明专利。
