From November 18th to 19th local time, the 23rd Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Informal Leadership Meeting was held in Manila, Philippines. The meeting issued the "Leadership Declaration".
The theme of the declaration is: "Building an Inclusive Economy and Building a Better World: Vision of the Asia-Pacific Family".
