In February 10, 2020, COVID-19 prevention plan was implemented by the Central Committee of the CPC, the State Council, the Ministry of education, Tianjin, Nankai University and the Party committee of the Nankai University. The APEC study center carried out detailed work plan. According to the work plan, the center has established a leading group for epidemic prevention and control, which has made clear the working contact mechanism, information reporting mechanism, disposal mechanism for returning migrant workers, emergency mechanism and daily work arrangement.
