On March 2-8, 2019, the third meeting of the APEC Vision Group (AVG) was held in Santiago, Chile. Professor Liu Chenyang, director of the APEC Research Center, attended the meeting as the Chinese representative of the vision group.
This meeting is one of the series of meetings of APEC's first senior officials meeting in 2019. On the basis of the previous two expert meetings, this meeting conducted more in-depth discussions on the framework structure, key content and policy recommendations of the vision group report, and further consolidated consensus.
