2005年博士毕业于南开大学,2015, 2018年访问美国宾夕法尼亚大学; 20082012年访问加拿大阿尔伯塔大学。主要从事结构生物信息学、单细胞RNA测序分析,深度学习在生物信息中的应用等方向的研究工作。主持并完成国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,已发表SCI学术论文16篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者6篇。
