| 1982.2年西安交通大学电子工程系本科毕业；1982.2-1992.8天津半导体器件厂工程师；1992.8-1995.9天津市显示技术研究中心高级工程师；1995.9进入南开大学工作，1999年香港科技大学访问学者，2003年受聘研究员、博士生导师。承担和完成科研项目10余项，已发表学术论文150余篇，获发明专利授权10余项。 |
