1999.09-2009.09 南开大学微电子与固体电子学专业 本科+博士;
2007.09-2008.09 德国Marburg大学物理系 访问博士;

2015.11-2016.11 德国Marburg大学物理系 访问学者;
2. 研究方向:“微/纳传感器及其集成化与智能化系统”
包括并不限于如下内容:
(1) 纳米传感器及其集成系统研究:
基于纳米材料特殊的光学与电学性质研制出新型纳米传感器。主要研究传感机理、优化传感结构、完善制作工艺、开展多通道生化传感应用。通过MEMS工艺和自组装工艺,将纳米传感器与SPR显微镜、暗场显微镜、手机等检测平台进行联动,构成复合检测系统,可拓展检测范围,也可实现单纳米颗粒的性能研究。
(2) 半导体传感器及其集成系统研究:
基于半导体技术、MEMS技术及其他微电子技术等,研制各种半导体传感器(如硅基ISFET,IGZOFET,GFET,有机FET等场效应晶体管传感器、硅基光电化学传感器、MEMS传感器等)。主要进行器件模型仿真、制作工艺优化、相关电路及集成系统设计、多通道生化传感应用、生物芯片等方面的研究。通过模拟IC设计,将硅基多传感阵列与后端检测电路、存储器和AI芯片等进行系统集成。
(3) 基于嵌入式开发的智能传感平台应用研究:
基于嵌入式开发技术将不同的传感器、对应的测量电路、单片机、通讯电路、电源控制、操作系统、数据处理算法等软硬件功能模块集成在一起,构成低功耗、便携式、智能化传感检测软硬件平台。实现检测系统功能的集成,完成环境监测、医疗检测等多种物联网应用。
(4) 模/数IC设计研究:
在嵌入式开发验证系统功能的基础上,围绕各种传感器及其功能模块,针对多通道传感检测的特点,进行模拟IC和数字IC设计。可将不同传感器、测量电路、ADC、信号处理单元等功能模块在芯片级别进行系统集成。
(5) 传感信号处理的算法研究:
在单片机、FPGA等硬件平台上,基于神经网络、数据融合等信号处理算法,实现各种传感信号的特征提取、数据融合、信息预测等。
方向1“纳米传感器”和方向2“半导体传感器”为科研方向,在这两个方向上招收以科研深造为目的的博士和硕士。
在方向3“嵌入式开发”,方向4“模数IC设计”,方向5“传感信号处理”等方向为应用方向,招收以就业为目的硕士,通过项目和公司合作等方式进行培养。
欢迎有兴趣的本科和硕士加入本课题组攻读博士或者硕士学位,本课题也长期招收博士后。本课题组与国内外多个研究小组、国内多家电子、微电子及IC设计公司保持紧密的合作关系。无论目标是读博、出国深造还是工作就业,均有较好的前景。也欢迎本科生来本课题组进行本科创新研究。
