研究领域和兴趣

分子或原子尺寸是器件微型化的极限。在后摩尔时代,利用低维原子材料与功能分子在电、光、磁和化学等方面的特性,构建具有全新功能的高性能器件,对于未来科技发展至关重要。王进莹副教授长期致力于纳米材料与器件的理论计算研究,利用第一性原理计算、紧束缚模型和半经验方法等在单分子开关、石墨烯能带工程、二维磁存储器设计等方向取得了一系列研究成果。已发表39SCI论文,含ScienceNatl. Sci. Rev.Adv. Mater.J. Am. Chem. Soc.Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Nano Lett.ACS. Mater. Lett.SmallAppl. Phys. Lett.等。截止20249月,谷歌学术总引用3600余次,H因子25。具体研究方向主要包括:1. 单分子器件的输运性质、功能设计以及物化反应机理;2. 低维纳米材料的能带调控和新型体系模拟;3. 基于自旋和拓扑特性的非易失存储与量子计算器件的研发。
