In December, 2019, the National Center for Studies of Political Economy of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics of Nankai University (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was commissioned by the Central Office of the Project to Study and Develop Marxist Theory to conduct major internal research. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Center scholars Pang Jinju, Jing Weimin, He Zili, Liu Fengyi, Zhou Yunbo, Zhang Bing, Wang Shengsheng, etc., with the support of the Collaborative Innovation Center for China Economic and the Center for Studies of Political Economy, have conscientiously implemented the spirit of the important instructions of General Secretary Jin Ping. On the one hand, they have taken practical and concrete prevention and control measures to do a good job in epidemic prevention, and on the other hand, they have implemented the requirements of the school to do a good job in online teaching while doing their best.
Under the circumstances of tight time and heavy tasks, the scholars of the Center did not rest during winter vacation, and completed the key special research tasks with high quality. Recently, the Center has reported a total of 150,000 words of internal research reports, contributing Nankai wisdom and Nankai voice to the scientific decision-making of the Party and the Country.
