The fundamental research in Organometellic Chemistry and Supramolecular Chemistry. The applied project in Agricultural chemistry, Pharmaceutical chemistry.

2000 to date, Associate Professor in Dept. Chem. Nankai University

2005- 2006, Visiting Scholar in Karlsruhe Researchcenter in Germany
