中文摘要: | 随着国内新型城市城镇化的规模不断增大,基础设施建设的质量和规模已经成为摆在地方政府面前的新课题。而其中的市政基础设施建设,更是直接关系到城市建设的方方面面,着重体现政府的规划前瞻性和综合治理能力。而能否合理规划好各市政专业,便决定了市政基础设施是否得以有效统筹,综合管廊技术应运而生。但综合管廊设置于地下,风险维度的对进度、质量等提出要求。同时相对密闭,在安全方面也不容出错。由此可见,施工阶段的风险管控对综合管廊能否顺利实施起着至关重要的作用,研究综合管廊施工阶段的风险管理,有利于帮助综合管廊项目顺利建设。本文拟分六个部分。第一部分为绪论。主要介绍管廊施工阶段风险管理的研究背景和意义、研究内容和方法。第二部分为相关理论概述与国内外研究现况综述。主要回顾综合管廊、风险管理的相关理论,同时了解国内外管廊发展和风险理论研究现状。第三部分为管廊风险管理研究概况分析。主要介绍现有管廊风险管理研究的问题、管廊风险管理实施存在的问题,以及项目特殊性问题。第四部分为管廊风险的识别、评估过滤及应对。主要针对第三章提出的问题,运用WBS-RBS等科学的方法进行识别、评估过滤,以及对应的手段。第五部分为S项目管廊工程施工风险管理实施与保障。在介绍S项目管廊工程基本信息的基础上,主要从实施过程、实施效果、实施保障三个主要层面,详述S项目管廊工程施工的实施和保障。第六部分为结论和展望。在前人研究的基础上,本文以全新的维度视角区分研究管廊风险,既包含了综合管廊项目的完整施工阶段,即基坑岩土阶段、结构施工阶段和机电安装阶段,也涵盖了施工风险管控中最重视的三个层面,包括质量风险、进度风险、安全文明风险。并以此为框架,详细阐释了综合管廊风险的全过程风险管理方法。最后结合具有示范作用的具体项目,千年大计雄安第一标S项目的综合管廊工程进行实施和保障的应用。希望本文可为管廊工程日后的开展实施提供部分理论依据,同时也可为后续其他学者研究管廊风险理论提供借鉴和参考。 | |
英文摘要: | The construction of municipal infrastructure is related to all aspects of urban construction.Reasonable planning of municipal major restricts the effective coordination of municipal infrastructure.Therefore, integrated pipe gallery technology arises at the historic moment.But the integrated pipe gallery is located underground,Make requirements for risk management in terms of schedule, quality and safety.So the risk control in the construction stage plays a vital role in the smooth implementation of the integrated pipe gallery.The research of risk management in the construction stage of integrated pipe gallery is very helpful to the construction of the project. This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the research background, significance,content and method of risk management in pipe gallery construction stage.The second part is an overview of relevant theories and the current research status at home and abroad.This part mainly reviews the theories related to integrated management gallery and risk management,at the same time to understand the domestic and foreign pipe gallery development and risk theory research status.The third part is the overview analysis of the risk management research,This part mainly introduces the problems of existing gallery risk management research,problems existing in the implementation of risk management of corridors,and the particularity of the actual project.The fourth part is the risk identification,evaluation,filtration and response of pipe gallery.This part mainly aims at the problems raised in Chapter three, applying scientific methods to identify,evaluate and filter, and corresponding means,such as WBS-RBS.The fifth part is the implementation and guarantee of S project management gallery construction risk management.In this part,the implementation process, implementation effect and implementation guarantee are mainly discussed in detail on the basis of introducing the basic information of S project management gallery project.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospec. This paper differentiates the risks of pipe gallery from a new dimensional perspective on the basis of previous studies.It includes not only the complete construction stage of the comprehensive pipe gallery project,but also the foundation pit geotechnical stage,structural construction stage and electromechanical installation stage,it also covers the three most important aspects of construction risk control,including schedule risk,quality risk, safety and civilization risk , the risk management method of the whole process of integrated pipe gallery risk is explained in detail.Finally,combined with the millennium Project Xiongan New Area first standard S project integrated pipe gallery project implementation and guarantee application which with specific projects with exemplary functions.It is hoped that this paper can provide some theoretical basis for the implementation of pipe gallery project in the future,and also provide reference for other scholars to study the risk theory of pipe gallery. | |
