中文摘要:随着技术的发展,全球化市场步入了白热化阶段,高质量的海外资源成为全 球化市场最核心的竞争优势。采购代理公司其利益最大化、采购便利、交易流程 优化以及问题处理能力强大等优势,为全球化市场的流通带来了最佳体验。中俄 两国关系也依靠着采购代理公司形成了共同发展的枢纽。然而,采购代理公司可 能为了满足自身短期利益而损害对方的利益,从而导致种种不良现象,例如:材 料质量不达标、发货期延长、信息不完整等问题,严重影响到中俄有好的合作关 系。 基于以上问题,本研究围绕加强采购代理公司与其客户的依赖性以及保障 双方利益关系,探讨采购代理公司应如何与客户建立长期合作关系,以此解决短 期合作带来的缺陷,从而确保其可持续发展,本文的论述也围绕此观点展开的。 本文从采购代理市场中客户的角度出发,对采购代理服务质量包括经济质量、过 程质量、互动质量、客户的服务质量(客户对代理公司的信任程度、客户对产品 和服务的满意度)、技术质量和长期合作关系这6个变量间的关系进行了实证分 析。 本研究主要通过问卷调查的方式,以中俄两国采购代理公司客户为对象发 放问卷。研究周期是从2022年1月至6月,研究期间发了350份问卷,覆盖有效问 卷283份,有效回收率80.86%。其结果如下,本研究结论为: 第一、在采购代理市场中,由供应方提供的持续性的价值提供所积累下来的 信任和满意度,影响到与客户的长期关系导向。 第二、经济质量是影响采购代理服务质量的直接因素,它的影响有长期性。 第三、互动质量、过程质量和经济质量因素对客户对代理公司的信任程度有 明显的影响,而技术质量对客户信任度影响不明显。 第四、互动质量、过程质量和经济质量对客户满意度产生的影响明显,而技 术质量对客户满意度产生的影响不明显。 
英文摘要:With the development of technology, the global market has entered a white hot stage, and high-quality overseas resources have become the core competitive advantage of the global market. The procurement agency company has the advantages of maximizing its interests, facilitating procurement, optimizing the transaction process, and having a strong ability to deal with problems, which has brought the best experience for the circulation of the global market. The relationship between China and Russia has also formed a hub for common development relying on procurement agency companies. However, in order to meet their own short-term interests, the procurement agency may damage the interests of the other party, resulting in various undesirable phenomena, such as substandard material quality, extended delivery period, incomplete information and other issues, which seriously affect the good cooperation between China and Russia. Based on the above issues, this study focuses on strengthening the dependence of the procurement agency and its customers and protecting the interests of both parties, and discusses how the procurement agency can establish a long-term cooperation relationship with customers to solve the shortcomings caused by short and cooperation, so as to ensure its sustainable development. It is also the core idea of this study. From the perspective of customers in the procurement agency market, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between the procurement agency service quality (economic quality, technical quality, process quality, interaction quality), customer service quality (customer trust, customer satisfaction), and long-term cooperative relationship. This research mainly distributes questionnaires to customers of procurement agencies in China and Russia through questionnaires. The research period is from January 2022 to June 2022. During the research period, 350 questionnaires were sent, covering 283 valid ones, with an effective recovery rate of 80.86%. The results are as follows. The conclusion of this study is: Abstract III First, in the procurement agency market, the trust and satisfaction accumulated from the continuous value provision provided by the supplier affect the long-term relationship orientation with customers. Second, among the subordinate factors of the procurement agency service quality, the factors that directly affect the long-term relationship orientation are economic quality. Third, economic quality, process quality and interaction quality have significant influence to trust, while technical quality has no significant influence. Fourth, economic quality, process quality and interaction quality have significant influence to satisfaction, while technical quality has no significant influence.
