中文摘要：	银行卡作为一种新型的综合性金融支付工具，是电子货币的重要形式，是传统金融业务与现代信息技术结合的产物。银行卡产业的发展，对于加快经济发展、深化金融改革以及促进社会进步具有十分重要的意义。经过十几年的发展，目前沈阳市的银行卡产业以银行卡经营为核心，集聚了一批银行、企业和专业化服务机构，形成了以银行卡为载体的支付网络和产业价值链，初步形成了产业雏形。 论文作者基于在沈阳市人民银行的工作经验，结合MBA阶段的专业学习，对沈阳市银行卡产业发展现状和存在的问题进行了深入分析，并在综合运用相关理论、借鉴国内外银行卡产业发展经验的基础上，提出沈阳市银行卡产业优化发展的策略。既为沈阳市银行卡产业的发展提供了决策参考依据，也为银行卡产业参与各方以及政府部门提供了可操作性建议。 论文的内容及架构如下：第一部分提出问题，从沈阳市银行卡产业发展的迫切性、必要性和可能性为切入点，在总结前人理论研究的基础上，提出了对产业发展进行策略分析的观点；第二部分析问题，综合分析了沈阳市银行卡产业发展现状，指出市场结构、参与主体、利益分配以及外围环境中存在的问题；第三部分解决问题，运用相关理论，借鉴国内外银行卡产业发展经验，提出一系列的产业优化策略，包括发卡主体的经营优化策略、产业链优化策略、产业政策优化策略、利益分配机制优化策略以及银联与银联商务协调优化策略。 本文主要运用了实证分析、系统分析和比较分析等方法，通过搜集大量的业务数据，对比其它国家和国内城市的银行卡发展状况，运用相关理论对沈阳市银行卡产业发展进行深入研究。 本文的主要特色与可能的创新在于专业理论与工作实践的有机结合，将MBA阶段专业学习过程中掌握的理论知识充分运用到沈阳市银行卡产业发展的策略分析当中，对实际工作过程中掌握的零散信息进行提炼，进而从理论高度来进一步指导沈阳市银行卡产业的发展。
英文摘要：	As a new type of comprehensive financial payment instruments， bankcard is an important form of electronic money .It combined traditional financial services with modern information technology. The development of the bankcard industry plays an important role in financial reform, economic development and social progress. After a decade of development, Shenyang’s bankcard industry has formed a system, which gathered a group of banks, business and professional services based on the bankcard. It formed a payment network and industry value chain based on the bankcard. This article aims to summarize my work experience in Shenyang’s bankcard industry， and combine with my MBA’s studies, analysis deeply on Shenyang’s Bankcard industry’s development. This article uses the theory of bankcard to find the deep-seated problems in the development of the industry and learns from the development experience of domestic and foreign bankcard industry to provide the optimistic strategy in Shenyang’s bankcard industry. Its value lies in take reference to all parties involved and government departments and gives some advice to the bankcard industry of Shenyang. This article includes the following aspects: First, using the urgency, necessity and possibility in Shenyang’s bankcard industry as the breakthrough point, the article summed up the previous theoretical research on the bankcard and Put forward the view of strategy analysis in the bankcard industry. Second, it analysis the development of Shenyang’s bankcard industry and pointed out some problems existed in the market structure, the participants, the distribution of benefits, and the external environment. Third, using some bankcard’s theory, the article learned the experience in domestic and foreign experience and put forward a series of industrial strategy, including the optimize of the operation, market structure， and the mechanism for the distribution of benefits between the China Union pay and China Union pay business. This article uses the method of data analysis, systems analysis and comparison and so on. Using a lot of business data, the article compared the developed of bankcard in developed cities in foreign and domestic. It uses the theory of bankcard to do some research on Shenyang’s bankcard industry. This article is a combination of the theory and practice, and using the knowledge of MBA to make full use in Shenyang’s bankcard industry. It summary the scattered information available in real work and raise to a high degree of theory to guide further Shenyang bankcard industry.
