中文摘要:随着知识经济时代的到来,咨询企业自身的管理问题更加重要,知识管理理论的出现为咨询企业自身的变革提供了良好契机。作为知识服务型的企业组织,知识无疑是咨询企业赖以生存和发展的最重要资源,咨询企业需要以更具前摄性反应的方式来管理、运用他们的知识资产,而不只是对客户需求做出被动的反应。 知识链管理理论的出现使知识管理成为具有实践可操作性的理论依据。本研究在归纳、梳理相关研究成果的前提下,在简要介绍咨询企业的业务流程与人力资源管理的基础上,对咨询企业的隐性知识进行了研究,并对咨询企业的知识转化、知识转移与循环等知识运作机制进行了研究;在对咨询企业隐性知识与知识运作机制研究的基础上,通过探讨企业知识链与组织竞争优势的关系问题明确知识链对管理咨询企业的重要性,针对咨询企业的特点提出了咨询企业知识链模型,构建了咨询企业的知识链管理模式框架,并对咨询企业知识链内部的知识成长机制与知识转移影响机制进行了分析。 本研究构建的咨询企业知识链管理模式框架的主体是知识链管理过程,即咨询企业中的知识获取、知识选择、知识编码、知识挖掘、知识生成、知识内化与知识外化等基本知识活动,以及知识领导、知识评测、知识控制与知识协调等支持性活动。然后以组织的竞争优势为基本出发点,本研究针对该主体过程的每一项知识活动展开了详细地阐述。 本研究构建的咨询企业知识链管理模式框架对咨询企业的各项知识活动用知识链进行联接,使得知识管理理论在咨询企业中的应用更具系统性、可操作性,因此具有一定的开拓性,对咨询企业的管理实践具有一定的指导意义。 
英文摘要:Along with the coming of knowledge economy era, the management issues of consulting company itself are becoming more and more important, and the showing up of knowledge management theory provides good chance to change itself. Knowledge is undoubtedly the most important resource of consulting company which is entirely a knowledge-service-oriented enterprise. Consulting company should manage and apply its knowledge assets with more proactive mode, rather than just active passively for the customers’ requirements. The showing up of knowledge chain model makes the KM become a theory of practice maneuverability. This research introduces briefly the consulting enterprise’s business flow and human resource management in the premise of summing up interrelated field achievements, and analyses in detail the tacit knowledge and the mechanism how knowledge operation works; in the basis of research in the tacit knowledge and mechanism how consulting company’s knowledge operation works, this paper makes clear the importance of knowledge chain in the consulting enterprise through the relationship between the knowledge chain and competitiveness, and puts forward the knowledge chain model in connection with the characteristic of consulting enterprise, and constructs the knowledge chain management framework of consulting enterprise. Furthermore, it analyses the mechanism how knowledge grows and how knowledge is affected within the knowledge chain in consulting company. The main part of the knowledge chain management framework of consulting enterprise is the process of knowledge chain management, namely the primary knowledge activities include acquisition, selection, encoding, mining, generation, internalization, and externalization, and the secondly knowledge activities include leadership, coordination, control and measurement. With the basic starting point of an organization’s competitive advantage, this paper then presents the detailed contents of each knowledge activity. The knowledge chain management framework of consulting enterprise this paper proposed links the knowledge activities of consulting enterprise with knowledge chain, therefore makes the knowledge management theory more systematic and maneuverable, so the research in this paper is opening up to some extent and can serve to the management of consulting enterprise some guidance.
