中文摘要：	海峡两岸金融合作是两岸经贸交流的重要组成部分，是两岸经济或金融一体化发展的必然趋势。《两岸经济合作框架协议》（ECFA）为两岸金融交流和合作提供了广阔空间，尤其是当前上海自由贸易示范区及《两岸服务贸易协议》更为两岸金融深化合作提供了新契机。对两岸金融合作路径选择的研究，不仅有利于丰富和完善相关理论，更对促进两岸金融业深度整合，加深金融一体化进程有指导意义。 本文重点综合运用金融学、区域经济学和国际投资学等学科交叉法，对两岸金融合作问题进行较为系统、全面、深入分析。首先，探讨两岸金融合作理论基础及及ECFA签署前后两岸金融交流与合作概况。理论表明，两岸金融合作正是基于两岸各自的要素禀赋优势来进行互补、互惠和互利的交流和整合；实践证明，ECFA早期收获金融业开放部分极大推动了两岸金融整合，ECFA效益十分明显。其次，重点分析现阶段两岸金融合作面临新契机。一是海峡西岸经济区正在努力发展成为两岸金融合作试验区；二是上海自由贸易试验区是与台湾经济自由示范区实现金融合作与对接的重点区域；三是《两岸服务贸易协议》被台湾视为产业发展重要基石的金融业取得重大突破，《两岸服务贸易协议》必将推进两岸金融一体化进程。因此，ECFA时期，两岸只有抓住这一新契机，选择合适的金融合作发展道路才能实现互利共赢。最后，本文从银行业合作路径、证券业合作路径、期货业合作路径、保险业合作路径以及金融监理合作路径等五大领域提出两岸金融合作发展战略。本文创新重点体现在：一是能够及时把握两岸金融合作契机，并提出相应的合作策略；二是在两岸金融业合作路径方面，从五个领域详细地提出了两岸金融合作路径，创造性提出一些新观点。当然，由于两岸经贸交流与合作处于快速发展期，新政策出台瞬间变化，本文未能做到对两岸金融合作所有政策进行深入分析，这也是本文不足之处。
英文摘要：	Cross-strait financial cooperation not only is the important component of the cross-strait economic and trade exchanges, but also the inevitable trend of development of cross-strait economic integration. Financial exchanges and cooperation on the basis of the ECFA has provided a broad space, especially Shanghai free trade demonstration area and the agreement on trade in services provide a new opportunity for cross-strait financial deepening cooperation. Research on cross-strait financial cooperation path selection is beneficial not only to enrich and improve the relevant theories, but the depth of the financial sector to promote cross-strait integration and deepen financial integration process of guiding significance. This article focuses on the integrated use of finance, regional economics and international investment law and other disciplines intersect, cross-strait financial cooperation more systematic, comprehensive and in-depth analysis. Firstly, this paper analyzes the cross-strait financial cooperation theory and ECFA signed before and after profile of cross-strait financial communication and cooperation. Theory suggests that cross-strait financial cooperation is based on the advantages of both sides of their endowments to our mutual and mutually beneficial exchanges and integration; Practice has proved that, ECFA early harvest open part of the financial industry greatly promote cross-strait financial integration, ECFA benefits are obvious. Secondly, analyzed the present stage the cross-strait financial cooperation faces a new opportunity, it is the channel west bank economic zone, is trying to become the cross-strait financial cooperation experimental zone; Thirdly, in the agreement on trade in services, the financial sector as a cornerstone industry development for Taiwan, the cross-strait agreement on trade in services is bound to promote cross-strait financial integration. ECFA period on both sides, therefore, we must seize the new opportunity, chooses the appropriate financial cooperation development path to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. Finally, the cross-strait financial cooperation development strategy was put forward by the paper from the banking sector cooperation path, the path of the securities industry cooperation, the futures industry cooperation, the path of the insurance industry cooperation and the financial supervision cooperation and so on. This innovation focus is reflected in: First, be able to grasp the opportunity of cross-strait financial cooperation, and propose appropriate cooperation strategy; second is the path of cross-strait cooperation in the financial sector, the five areas from the proposed path of the cross-strait financial cooperation in detail, creatively put forward some new point of view. Of course, since the cross-strait economic and trade exchanges and cooperation in a period of rapid development, the introduction of the new policy changes in an instant, the paper failed to do on cross-strait financial cooperation in all policy-depth analysis, which is the deficiency of this article.
