中文摘要:摘要随着工业革命4.0、互联网经济以及信息技术的繁荣,新一轮的国际竞争此起彼伏,在这一轮国际竞争热潮中一个重要的特点就是在全球范围内,国际化主体开始从大企业转变为创业企业。创业企业如何在国际市场竞争中取得高绩效已成为业界和学界广泛关注的问题。本文聚焦于国际创业企业,提炼了国际创业能力的概念并对其实施理论解构,然后基于创业能力理论与市场进入战略理论,研究探讨了国际创业能力对国际企业绩效的影响以及市场进入战略在其中所发挥的中介效应。依托案例研究和问卷调研,本研究对相关研究假设进行了推导和实证检验。本研究主要包括以下主要研究发现和结论。第一,本研究以中国国际创业企业为研究对象,提炼了国际创业能力的概念,并通过理论分析和案例研究识别了国家创业能力的三个维度。本研究基于资源基础观和创业机会理论的相关分析,认为国际创业能力是创业者为了实施国际创业行为而不断地捕捉国际市场机会,并且利用国内外关系进行运营规划来迎合市场机会,在不断学习的过程中让国际创业企业竞争优势得以提升、企业创业得以成功所应具备的能力。通过进一步理论分析,研究认为国际创业能力包括国际网络能力、国际知识能力和国际学习能力三个维度。第二,本研究发现国际创业能力对企业绩效能够产生正向影响,而国际市场进入战略创新性则在国际创业能力与国际企业绩效中间能够起到中介作用,针对国际创业企业来说,企业在初创期就已经决定了会进入哪个领域以及未来发展目标等战略选择,而不同的初始战略也会把新企业固定于某个发展路径中,借助内部组织职能和战略匹配的选择,创业者可以持续参与新企业管理,从而确保初始战略能够在企业创立之后的一段时间内得以保持,即产生持续影响。针对国际创业企业来说,应怎样进入国际市场以及如何选择国际市场进入战略等问题至关重要。企业的国际创业能力只有通过选择正确的国际市场进入战略才能得以体现,并真正转化为国际化绩效。第三,本研究发现制度距离和竞争强度等产业转移因素影响国际创业能力作用机理的发挥。当制度距离较大的时候,创业者进行国际创业的困难越大,这在一定程度上增大了创业企业进入国际市场的难度,而国际创业网络能力则能够在一定程度上弥合国际创业的制度距离,减少创业者认知差异,同时国际创业知识能力和国际创业学习能力则能够在一定程度上减少规范等方面的制度距离。在竞争强度较低的行业,国际创业者难以通过传统的方式进行产业转移,大多数时候需要依赖国际创业能力中的国际网络能力首先构建国际间的创业信息沟通渠道,然后在此基础上,实现国际创业知识的相互认同,从而在国际创业学习能力的指导下,开拓具有创新性国际市场进入战略,从而实现国际产业的逆向转移。本文的理论价值与创新之处具体包括下述三个方面:第一,首次明确提出国际创业能力的理论构念并进行了操作化定义。这一方面弥补了已有研究过分关注创业能力的普适性而忽视不同企业在创业能力方面独特性的不足,另一方面通过从网络、知识和学习三个维度来对国际创业能力进行维度划分,弥补了已有研究过度关注创业能力资源属性而忽视其网络、知识属性的特点的不足。这能够补充已有研究文献的空白,可以推进未来研究基于更为广阔的理论视角来剖析创业能力的理论内涵,具有一定程度的理论贡献。第二,验证了国际市场进入战略在国际创业能力和绩效的中介效应。这在一定程度上弥补了现有研究对国际市场进入战略研究的不足,增加了对国际创业企业如何实现绩效的作用机理研究,丰富了国际创业的现有知识。三是识别了国际创业企业和国际产业转移之间的互动关系。这有助于从企业层面剖析国际产业转移的微观基础,实现国际产业转移研究理论进一步深化。本文是由六个章节构成,其中:第一章为绪论,具体分析了论文研究背景及主要问题,明确研究意义及方法等。第二章为文献回顾,归纳总结了与国际创业等相关的研究文献,针对其中存在的不足以及未来发展方向进行评述。第三章为研究框架构建,主要构建了国际创业能力、国际市场进入战略、竞争强度、制度距离和国际化绩效之间的理论关系。第四章是对国际创业企业的探索性案例研究,在此基础上提炼国际创业能力的内涵和维度,并以此为基础开发国际创业能力的测量量表,为进行实证研究奠定基础。第五章为国际创业能力、国际市场进入战略和国际化绩效的实证研究。第六章为制度距离和竞争强度调节作用的案例研究。第七章为结论与展望,得出论文研究结论,明确其中的创新点,并对未来研究方向进行展望。 
英文摘要:Abstract As the industrial revolution4.0,the Internet economy and the prosperity of information technology, a new round of international competition, the boom in this round of international competition is an important features on a global scale, the internationalization main body started from big business to business enterprise.Entrepreneurial enterprises how to achieve high performance in the international market competition has become a problem widely concerned by industry and academia.This paper is focused on the international business enterprises, to refine the concept of international entrepreneurship and carries on the theory of deconstruction, and according to the theory of entrepreneurship and market entry strategy theory as the foundation, examines the international entrepreneurship influence on international business performance and market entry strategy in the play intermediary effect.Based on a case study and questionnaire investigation, this study on the related research hypothesis deduction and empirical test.This research mainly includes the following main findings and conclusions. First, this study international business enterprises in China as the research object, to refine the concept of international entrepreneurship, and through theoretical analysis and case study to identify the country three dimension of entrepreneurship.This study based on the theory of resource based view and entrepreneurial opportunities, correlation analysis, thought the international entrepreneurship is the entrepreneur in order to implement the international entrepreneurship and constantly capture the international market opportunities, and take advantage of the relationship between operation planning to cater to the market both at home and abroad, in the process of learning to enhance its international business enterprise competitive advantage, enterprise should have the ability to entrepreneurial success.Through further theoretical analysis, the research thought abilities of international business including international network, international knowledge ability and the ability to learn three dimensions. Second, this study found that international entrepreneurship can produce positive influence on enterprise performance, while the international market entry strategy innovation in international entrepreneurship and plays an intermediary role between corporate performance.For international business enterprises, the enterprises to enter the field and future development goals and other major strategic choice in the initial decision, different initial strategy will be the new enterprise fixed on a development path, then through example with the construction of the internal consistency of organizational functions and strategic matching, entrepreneurs continue to participate in the new enterprise management, etc., can make the initial strategy for years has remained after the new enterprise to create, and persistent effect into full play.How to enter the international market, and choose what kind of international market entry strategy for international business enterprises is very important.Enterprise of international entrepreneurship only by choosing the right international market entry strategy can be reflected, and really into internationalization performance. Third, this study found that institutional distance and the intensity of competition and so on industry transfer factors affecting international entrepreneurship action mechanism.When the system of distance, entrepreneurs with international business the greater the difficulties, which to a certain extent, increased the difficulty of the venture enterprises to enter the international market, and international business network capacity can bridge international business system to some extent distance, reduce the cognitive differences between entrepreneurs, and international business knowledge ability and entrepreneurial learning ability can to a certain extent, reduce the specification from the aspects of system.In lower industry competition strength, the international entrepreneurs to industry transfer through the traditional way, most of the time need to rely on international network of international entrepreneurship ability first build international business information communication channels, and then on this basis, the mutual recognition, the international business knowledge and under the guidance of international entrepreneurial learning ability, develop innovative international market entry strategies, so as to realize the reverse of the international industrial transfer. In this paper, the theory of value and innovation points mainly embodied in the following three aspects: first, this study puts forward the theory of international entrepreneurship construct and operationalization definition.This made up the existing research on the one hand, too much focus on the universality of entrepreneurship and ignore the lack of uniqueness in terms of entrepreneurship, different enterprises on the other hand, by learning from network, knowledge, and three dimensions to international entrepreneurship dimensions, make up the existing research focusing too much on entrepreneurship resource properties and ignore the characteristic of its network, intellectual property.This is an important complement to existing literature, help to the future research in a broader theoretical perspective to analyze the theoretical connotation of entrepreneurship, with a certain degree of theoretical contribution.Second, the international market entry strategy is verified in international entrepreneurship and performance of the intermediary effect.This made up the existing research to a certain extent, the lack of research on international market entry strategy, added to the international business enterprise how to implement the performance mechanism study, enrich the existing knowledge of international business.Three is to identify the international entrepreneurship interactive relationship between enterprises and international industrial transfer.This will help from analyzing the micro foundation of the international industrial transfer, enterprise level to achieve the international industrial transfer theory to deepen. This article is composed of six chapters, including: the first chapter is introduction, thesis research background and the main problems are analyzed in detail, the research significance and methods. In the second chapter is literature review, summarized and international business and other related research literature, in view of the insufficiency which and the future development direction was reviewed. The third chapter as a research framework to build, mainly to build the international entrepreneurship, international market entry strategy, competition intensity, the system theory of relationship between distance and internationalization performance. The fourth chapter is about the international exploratory case study of venture enterprises, on the basis of the connotation and the dimension of international entrepreneurship and on this basis, the development of international. The fifth chapter is empirical research on the international entrepreneurship, international market entry strategy and performance. The sixth chapter is case study on institutional distance and the intensity of competition. The seventh chapter is conclusion and prospect, included the paper research conclusion, clear point of innovation, and future research direction.
