中文摘要：	本论文在掌握国内外关于医院水源热泵系统和风险管理理论的基础上，以T医院水源热泵中央空调系统的运行为例，对此水源热泵中央空调系统运行中的风险管理问题进行理论分析和研究，寄希望在理论和实践层面对医院水源热泵中央空调系统的运行风险管理有所突破和改进提升。本文通过确定研究方向，结合目前风险管理的先进理论，找出适当的研究方法，通过收集T医院水源热泵空调系统的运行记录、培训记录、合同资料、内审记录、外审记录等数据资料，解析与系统运行相关的风险管理运行状态，以能源监控方面为切入点，找出存在的风险问题，建立风险识别、度量、应对、改进等的方案，从而实现T医院水源热泵空调系统的有效的风险应对机制。从理论上来看，根据T医院水源热泵中央空调的现实特点，在对项目风险管理的识别、度量、预警及应对等问题进行系统梳理的基础上，又对项目风险管理的内容进行了实践上的延伸，同时构建了相应的风险管理体系，系统而全面的阐述了T医院水源热泵中央空调系统的运行管理。从实践意义上来看，利用了项目风险管理的识别、度量、预警、监控以及应对措施，对潜在的风险因素进行了系统分析和处理，同时采用真实数据进行研究，很好的实现了理论和实践的充分结合应用。
英文摘要：	In this paper, based on the hospital master water source heat pump system and the theory of risk management at home and abroad, T hospital in the central air conditioning system of water source heat pump as an example, the theoretical analysis and Research on this water source heat pump central air conditioning system operation risk management problems, hope in the face of the central air conditioning system of water source heat pump operation risk management of hospital the breakthrough and improvement in theory and practice. By determining the direction of research, combined with the advanced theory of risk management at present, find the appropriate research methods, through the collection of hospital T water source heat pump air conditioning system operation records, training records, contract information, internal audit and external audit records record data, analysis and system operation related risk management operation state, energy monitoring as the starting point, to find out the problems existing in the establishment of risk, risk identification, measurement, response, improvement scheme, so as to realize the T hospital water source heat pump air conditioning system and effective risk response mechanism. From the theoretical point of view, according to the actual characteristics of T hospital water source heat pump central air-conditioning system, based on identification, combing the project risk management measures, early warning and response issues, and the extension of the practice of project risk management, and constructs the corresponding risk management system, systematic and comprehensive describes the operation and management of water source heat pump central air conditioning system of T hospital. From a practical point of view, the project risk identification, measurement, monitoring and early warning management and Countermeasures on potential risk factors were analyzed and processed at the same time was studied by using real data, to achieve a good combination of theory and practice fully.
