On December 17, 2016, under the guidance of the national development and reform commission and the ministry of commerce, the 15th forum of“Going Global Strategy for Chinese Enterprises”was held in the great hall of the people in Beijing by Western Returned Scholars Association (Overseas-educated Scholars Association of China) and China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation. In the conference speech, professor Lihui Tian believes that One Belt And Road is a reflection of China's national strength, and more bilateral agreements or multilateral agreements need to be reached to protect Chinese enterprises for their going-out. He thought that to achieve the goal of One Belt And Road, we have to do the research to form a comprehensive plan of industry, science and technology, economy, finance, society and culture. Also, the students in the Nankai University Institute of Finance and Development is willing to make a contribution to this end. In a conversation with a prominent American lawyer, Professor Tian pointed out that although the new President may have different ideas about governing the country, the international trend of the world is unstoppable.
