2. Introduction
Cheng Baoku, born in March 1966, the Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Nankai University Law School, Director of the Institute of International Economic Law, Nankai University, and Executive Deputy Director of the Center for Clean Government Research.
Professor Cheng is a teacher of the Institute of International Economic Law, Nankai University since 1990. Professor Cheng is the Standing Director of Tianjin Law Society, the President of the International Economic Law Branch of Tianjin Law Society, Vice President of the Business Law Branch of Tianjin Law Society.
Professor Cheng has presided over five national and provincial projects, has published six monographs and participated in seven others, and published more than 50 papers.
