2. Introduction
Dr. Han Liang, the Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Nankai University Law School, and Director of Capital Markets Research Center of Nankai University. At the same time, Dr. Han is an arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, legislative consultant of Tianjin Law Committee, and a part-time lawyer of Beijing City King & Capital Law Firm.
Professor Han graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law with the Bachelor degree in law in 1989, and graduated from Tianjin University with the Master degree in management in 1999. and graduated from School of Management, Tianjin University with the Doctoral degree in management in 2004. After that, Dr. Han studied in civil and commercial law under the supervision of Professor Jiang Ping in the post-doctoral research station of the China University of Political Science and Law. He worked in visiting scholar research at the University of Manchester School of Law from January to June 2004, and at the University of British Columbia Law School, Canada from September 2010 to September 2011.
In October 2004, Professor Han was awarded as the first ten outstanding Young and middle-aged jurists in Tianjin.He has co-written and edited 8 legal works, published more than 60 papers publicly, presided over a project project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a National Social Science Foundation, a ministerial-level project of the Chinese Law Society, and more than 20 horizontal projects of various kinds. Exploratory academic research has been conducted in domestic legal fields such as family trust, non-securities investment funds and carbon emission, and theoretical research is applied to practice to assist relevant departments to carry out a large number of financial innovation activities.
