2. Introduction
Yu Yuhe, the Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Nankai University Law School. He used to be the Director of the Department of Law at Tianjin University, the Director of Legal History Teaching and Research Section at Nankai University Law School.
Professor Yu studied the Master’s degree in the Institute of Ancient Books of Nankai University from 1989 to 1992. And he taught in Tianjin University from 1992 to 2002. He teaches at the Nankai University Law School since June 2002. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Law School of Renmin University of China, and his joint tutor was Professor Zeng Xianyi.
Professor Yu is also the Standing Director of the Chinese Legal History Society, Director of the National Research Society of Foreign Legal History, Vice President of the jurisprudence Branch of Tianjin Law Society, Vice President of Tianjin Municipal People’s Congress Representative Further Training School.
Professor Yu has published a number of monographs and textbooks in Tianjin University Publication and other publications, written more than many papers, and presided over more than 8 scientific research projects.
He has won the third prize of the paper of 8th Social Science Excellent Achievement Award in 2002, the third “National Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Jurist” nomination award in 2002, Title of Excellent Ideological and Political Worker in Tianjin Education System in 2004, the first Top Ten Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Jurists of Tianjin in 2004, National 45th legal system publicity and education advanced individuals in 2006, the second prize of the 10th Social Science Outstanding Achievements in Tianjin (one of the members) in 2006.
