Introduction
Yang Guangping is the associate professor of Economic Law Department, Law School of Nankai University. He is a visiting scholar of National Chonbuk University. He has published dozens of papers in journals such as Economic Law Research, International Commercial Law, East Asian Law Studies and New East Asia Forum. He presided over projects of Study on the Taxation System of the Real Estate Holding Phase in China, Japan and Korea and Overseas Master Teacher Collaboration Project - Study of Local Self-Governance in Japan funded by the Ministry of Education, A Comparative Study of Real Estate Systems in China, Japan and Korea funded by Korea Foundation for Higher Education, A Comparative Study of E-Tax Administration in China and Japan funded by Sumitomo Foundation of Japan.
He took part in the projects of Study on Intergovernmental Financial Relations funded by the Ministry of Justice .He also participated in Economics and the Rule of Law in North East Asia initiated by Korea Institute of Legal Studies and A Study on the Legal Systems and Status of M&A in Asian Countries launched by Industrial Organization Division of the Bureau of Economic and Industrial Policy of the Ministry of Economy of Trade and Industry of Japan.
Professor Yang won the First Asia Future Conference Best Paper Award and the first prize of the Sixth Bohai Sea Region Legal Forum. Yang is the independent author of Review on Tax Legislation issues of China - focus on the problem of authorized legislation and the co-author of Reform of China's VAT system and legislative issues. He took part in the editing of several books including Economic Law, International Economic Law, International Tax Law and Legal regulation of intergovernmental financial relations.
