2.Introduction
Chen Bing, member of the CPC, who is a Professor and Post-Doctoral Co-supervisor of Nankai University School of Law. Professor Chen is one of the 100 Young Outstanding Academic Leaders of Nankai University. Professor Chen is the director of the Competition Law Research Center of Nankai University, and also the director of the Justice and Society Research Center and the Economic Law Department of School of Law.
Professor Chen is currently the member of the Economic Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society, China Business Law Research Society, China Association For Fiscal And Tax Law. He is also the Young Talent of the China Society of Law Research, the Vice President of the Fiscal Law Research Society of the Tianjin Law Society, and an expert in communication review/outcome appraisal of NSFC projects.
As of 2021, Professor Chen had supervised the graduation of one doctoral candidate (Jilin University) and 42 postgraduates (28 in Jilin University and 15 in Nankai University). Professor Chen’s research team is currently composed of 2 postdoctoral researchers (associate researchers), 7 doctoral candidate (1 in Jilin University and 6 in Nankai University) and several postgraduates (usually 10 enrolled postgraduates).
