2.Introduction:
Feng Xuewei is the Associate Professor at NanKai University School of Law. He was born in 1981 and he is a native of Datong, Shanxi. Feng graduated from Taiyuan University of technology, majoring in automation in July 2002. He worked in Benxi Iron and Steel Group Company from July 2002 to August 2005, after that he received his Master’s degree of Law and Ph.D. in legal theory in Jilin University from September 2005 to June 2011.
From September 2012 to October 2018, He served as a Lecturer and Associate Professor in Shenyang Normal University School of Law.
His publication include The Structure, Function and Significance of Ming and Qing Contracts, Law Press, October 2015. Collection of History of Chinese Legal System. Beijing Yanshan Press, 2021.
