Introduction
Wang Ruixue is the associate professor of Nankai University Law School. She presided over three projects: Reputation Sanction from the Perspective of Rule of Law funded by National Social Science Foundation, An Empirical Study of Environmental Credit Rating Systems funded by China Law Society and Administrative Law Study of Rating Systems funded by Tianjin Social Science Foundation. She is the main translator of Administrative Law published by China Renmin University Press. Wang took part in the editing of several books including Soft Law and Governance Review, Blue Book on Human Rights in China in 2016 and Traditional Ritual Rule and Contemporary Soft Law. She published more than 20 papers on soft law, human rights and credit governance.
Professor Wang is the Deputy Secretary General of the Soft Law Research Branch of the Chinese Society of Behavioral Law. She is a researcher at the Center for Human Rights Studies of Nankai University. She won the Second Prize of the 16th Tianjin Social Science Excellent Achievement Award and the Nankai University Law School Yue Cheng Scholarship.
