On Dec. 11th 2021, the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Tianjin Law Society Commercial Law Branch and the Seminar on Important Issues in the Amendment of Company Law were successfully held online. The annual meeting was hosted by the Tianjin Law Society Commercial Law Branch and organized by Nankai University School of Law.
Experts and scholars from Nankai University, Tianjin University, Tianjin Normal University, Tianjin University of Commerce, Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, Tiangong University, Civil Aviation University of China, Hebei University of Technology and other universities. As well as representatives from Zhonglun W&D (Tianjin) Law Firm and other practical departments attended the meeting online.
The opening ceremony was hosted by associate professor Li Shiping from Tianjin University Law School, also the Vice President and Secretary General of the Tianjin Law Society Commercial Law Branch; Comrade Liu Cuisan, member of the Party Group and Director of the Liaison Department of Tianjin Law Society; Professor Fu Shicheng, Dean of Nankai University Law School and Professor Wan Guohua, President of Tianjin Law Society Commercial Law Branch and Nankai University Law School. They delivered speeches in this part respectively.
At the end of this meeting,president Wan Guohua expressed his sincere gratitude to the students and teachers who had made great efforts in organising the conference and to the delegates for their active participation, and declared the conference successfully concluded!
