Recently, the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission announced the list of Tianjin Postgraduate Research and Innovation Projects in 2021. After individual application, preliminary review and recommendation of the school, review and publicity by the Municipal Education Commission, a total of five projects of Nankai University Law School have been approved.
The project "Technical Path and Practice Mode of Smart Court Construction" declared by Dong Yanyan, a doctoral student of 2021 under the guidance of associate professor Wang Bin, and the project "Research on the Problems of Administrative Punishment Decentralization in Neighborhood and Township" declared by Zhao Yang, a doctoral student of 2020 under the guidance of professor Fu Shicheng, and the project "Research on the Judgment Rules of the Elements of Crime" declared by Zuo Zhiming, a doctoral student of 2021 under the guidance of associate professor Zou Bingjian, and the project "Construction of the Trust and Security Mechanism for the Disabled in Tianjin - A Comparative Study Based on the Orphan Child Inspection System, Special Needs Trust and Public Trust" declared by Liu Pengkun, a doctoral student of 2020 under the guidance of Professor Han Liang, and the project "Globalization of Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Expansion of Data and China's Response Strategy" reported by Wang Xue, a doctoral student of 2020 under the guidance of Professor Shi Wei, were supported.
The Tianjin Postgraduate Research Innovation Project aims to strengthen the cultivation of postgraduate research innovation ability, guide students to actively carry out innovative research projects, output more high-level scientific research achievements, and comprehensively improve the quality of postgraduate training.
