1. 聚焦新型杂化材料在半导体领域的前沿应用,通过先进的同步辐射X射线衍射与光谱学手段,研究材料在外界刺激下的结构动态演化及物性调控。
2. 探索新型杂化半导体材料中的界面效应,着重研究材料边界局域结构中的晶格振动、电荷转移与自旋态的协同调控机制。
3. 运用密度泛函理论、分子动力学及晶格动力学等多尺度计算方法,探索新型杂化半导体材料在极端环境下的结构演变及对材料宏观物性的影响。
