On the afternoon of May 12, 2018, the “President’s Cup” Basketball Game was closed. NKBS Basketball Team ranked the second to the Team of NKU College of Electronic Information and Optical Engineering by 3 points, but came first among those of Balitai Campus. 

     During the group game, NKBS Team defeated those for College of Chemistry, College of Life Sciences and School of Economy, and was promoted to the semifinal.

      Amidst the semifinal, NKBS Team defeated the School of Mathematics peer just in the last moment, and won the victory. During the final, with strong thirst to remain the best, the united NKBS Team triumphed over that for School of Physics, which vanquished it last year.

      On May 12, power of the NKBS Team was considerably cut. Because two key members could not join in the game for some reasons. However, during most of the time the NKBS Team yet led the game over the champion, Team of NKU College of Electronic Information and Optical Engineering in Jinnan Campus. It was a pity that it lost the game with 41:44 in the end.

      In the “President’s Cup” Basketball Game this year, NKBS Basketball Team demonstrated great strength, strong will to win and indomitable fighting spirit. They attained better results than before with their improved basketball playing skills. It is believed that NKBS students will bring more glories in future “President’s Cup” Basketball Games.
