2022年9月27日，加拿大渥太华大学熊锐博士应邀将作题为“ Lattice paths counting and Schur polynomials”的线上学术报告。
报告摘要：In this talk, we will introduce (old and new) non-intersecting lattice path models for Schur polynomials. We will briefly discuss the history and the classic proof of Jacobi−Trudi formula using Lindström–Gessel–Viennot lemma. We will present a diagrammatic proof of Weyl determinant formula via a new weight on lattice. As an application, it offers a new way of understanding Cauchy formulas.
