Starting from his own growth and practical experience, Zhou Peiyuan first explored the current phenomenon of rat race and slacking off that is widely concerned by student groups. He accurately analyzed the root cause of rat race - the imbalance between high-quality resources and competitors, and pointed out that the key to breaking the involution pattern lies in changing the track of competition and methods of resource acquisition. Meanwhile, he described slacking off as a strategic adjustment in the learning process, and emphasized the combination of moderate rest and efficient learning. Based on this, Zhou introduced to students 7 habits of becoming a highly efficient person - being proactive, beginning with the end in mind, prioritizing key affairs, win-win thinking, understanding oneself and competitors, synergizing, and making constantly updates.
