The Center for Network Society Governance (CNSG),established in March 2015, is supported by Major Program of National Social Science Foundation and is based at Nankai Business School. CNSG's mission is to build global research capacity, to strengthen the cooperative research between researchers and practitioners engaging in digital governance and network society, and to study a series of major research issues on network society governance. CNSG aims to explore the development rules of the complex and giant system of network society, to understand its structures and functions as well as information activities, and to study its governance practice in China by employing diversified research methods from different perspectives. The goal of CNSG is to build a think-tank concerning the healthy development of network society of China and to make contributions for the student development and discipline construction.
