2. 研究方向:“微/纳传感器及其集成化与智能化系统”
具体包括并不限于如下内容:
(1) 纳米传感器及其集成系统研究:
通过物理与化学方法的结合,基于各种纳米材料特殊的光学与电学性质研制出新型纳米传感器。主要研究传感机理、优化传感结构、完善制作工艺、开展多通道生化传感应用。
(2) 半导体传感器及其集成系统研究:
基于半导体技术、MEMS技术及IC设计方法,研究各种半导体微/纳米传感器(如ISFET等)及其集成系统,包括器件模型仿真、制作工艺优化、相关IC电路设计、与纳米敏感材料结合的低功耗生化传感应用等。
(3) 低功耗、便携式、智能传感平台:
包括两部分工作,一是基于嵌入式技术开发出分离的智能传感系统,二是基于数模混合IC设计开发出芯片级智能传感系统。
通过两方面技术,可将不同的传感器、传感器测量电路、单片机、通讯电路、电源控制等复用模块集成在一起,构成低功耗、便携式、智能硬件平台。从而完成环境监测、医疗检测等多种物联网应用。
(4) 多传感器集成的混合检测系统研究:
将多种不同传感原理的检测系统集成在一起,可完成多点多参数传感信号的采集与处理。包括将多种传感器集成的混合检测系统用于多种参数的实时测量,可实现单纳米颗粒的性能检测;将多种微/纳传感器与各种光学仪器(如显微镜等)联动可研制成高集成度的生化传感检测设备;通过改造手机自带的多种传感器来实现高集成化和微型化的生化传感检测系统等。
(5) 传感信号处理的算法研究:
基于FPGA或ARM等硬件平台,通过神经网络、数据融合等算法对传感信号进行特征提取、数据融合、信息预测等信号处理。
(6) 生物芯片研究:
基于半导体技术、MEMS工艺、柔性电子技术及印刷电子技术,研制出新型的高集成度生物芯片。
